This stapler is perfect for what i needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reupholstering 12 dining room chairs using this stapler turned into a one day job instead of a couple of days. The first chair was a learning experience, after that it was easy and i saved a few hundred $s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I bought ,the first one stopped working 1 month after the 1 year warranty ran out .
Contacted Arrow ,they said to send it back and they would honor the warranty .
By the time I paid for shipping ,it would have cost me a lot more than just buying a new one

This tool is protected with a 2-year limited warranty, but you are correct that it is our policy to have customers pay for the shipping to send the tool to our New Jersey headquarters. We then repair or replace the tool and ship it back to the customer free of charge.

Bought this gun for my wife, she was having a hard time using my manual gun.
She uses it for light upolstery and handles it easily. She loves how easy it loads and has no trouble finding staples.
