[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ease of this electric stapler. I’ll never go back to a manual one. Works great. Not having to make sure it’s charged because all you do is plug it in is a bonus.

Bought the electric stapler n the right size staples and did them myself.

This stapler made it fast and easy for me to use and get the job done. My arms didn't even get tired because it is light and so easy to use. Thank you. I would recommend it to everyone.

Is this how it is supposed to work?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Like the idea of this product it appears to be in great working order, But I was using it to recover some bar stool cushions. The seat is particle board Covered in foam and then covered with fabric then pulled tight and stapled to the bottom. The T50ACD would not drive the half inch staples completely into the particle board. It only drove in completely about 1 out of every 6 or so staples, no matter how hard I pressed down on it. I had to stop every few staples and finish driving them in with a hammer. I also own 2 other arrow staplers but they are not electric. I use them all mainly for crafting small wooden items, and general around the house repairs. Am I expecting too much from this electric one? Maybe I needed shorter staples? If so shouldn’t it still be able to drive half inch staples into particle board?

Based on what you described, we do think using a shorter staple would resolve this issue. We always recommend choosing the shortest staple possible to achieve the surface penetration of 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch that is needed for a secure hold. Going deeper than that into the surface will not necessarily ensure a better hold and can increase the possibility of staple jams.
However, we do stand behind this tool with a warranty, so we'd like to touch base with you directly about this to make sure we fully understand the issues you encountered and to double-check if this falls within our warranty for the product.
