This tool made my project much easier.

staples don't go all the way in...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to use a hammer to push them further into the wood. Many staples were disfigured and had to be removed & replaced. Time consuming. Sure hope I don't find myself replacing the staples constantly due to them coming out. None of the staples went all the way in without nudging from a hammer.

Sometimes what you've described can be resolved by using a shorter staple since you only need about 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration for a secure hold. We always recommend choosing the shortest staple possible to achieve this, especially when working with hard wood like oak, plywood or MDF.
However, we understand there may be other issues at play, so we'd like to touch base with you directly to troubleshoot further and check if this falls within our product warranty.
