Great stapler for the hobbiest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for quite a large upholstery project after trying to use my manual stapler and injuring my hand and wrist. This made it so much easier and stronger! Made this project move along much quicker.

This gun is a little under powered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this gun to staple felt paper for a small roof project stapling into plywood the gun is a bit slow to fire because of the screw motor and did not sink the staples flush with the plywood. I had to go back over them with a hammer. I will probably upgrade to the next model up from this one. This gun is more suited for light hobby type of work

Hey there, we are sorry you have been disappointed by your experience with the T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun.
Regarding the firing speed of this tool, you're right that the T50ACD wasn't designed to be a rapid fire staple gun. Instead, it has motor drive technology to ensure consistent driving force, even on a 100-foot extension cord. However, it does fire about 60 shots per minute versus traditional solenoid power tools which average around 30 shots per minute.
With respect to the issues of the staple not firing flush into the surface, sometimes this can be resolved by using a shorter staple. Typically we recommend picking the shortest staple length possible to achieve the 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration required for a secure hold.
That being said, we do want to touch base with you directly to make sure we fully understand the issues you've encountered since we do stand behind the T50ACD with a warranty.

Great stapler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old electric Arrow stapler that stopped working. We went shopping and found this replacement. It's 300% times better than the one I had! Doesn't need much pressure to use (I'm a 69 year old female with weak, old hands!) and the staples go in great. Haven't had a huge number of misses or bent staples. I use it to recover some kitchen chairs and stools as needed. Really like it!
