Powerful staple gun in a compact size!!

Love the power and compact size! It drives the staples in the hardwoods that I encounter in recovering pool tables. I used to have to go back over the staples with a hammer, but not with this gun. The compact design is great because it fits in my toolbox and I don't need to carry the gun separately.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the T50ACD to reupholster a chair cushion and the staples will not penetrate the wood. I am stapling directly into wood with only a cotton fabric between the gun and the wood so the stapled area isn't bulky/thick. I have used all of the posted suggestions ---shorter staples (3/8" and 1/4") & applying hand on head while stapling---nothing works. Will be returning this to store.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
