poor instruction on staple size recommendation

I purchase the stapler and the staple T50 that I thought went it but turned out they was too big the case would not close over it. I had to go back to the retailer for instruction of why it didnot work. After getting the right size it closed over the staples. On using the gun the staples didnot go all the way into the wood. I tried several times no success. Help!!!

We're so sorry you've been frustrated by your experience with this tool! Sometimes issues with staple penetration can be resolved by picking the shortest staple needed to achieve the 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch needed for a secure hold. It may also help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing (if you can do so safely).

Didn't even have to press down on it as it's power is amazing. I am so glad I bought this and the price was very affortable.
