Heavy and slow to respond

I will be returning this stapler. It is fairly heavy. About every 3 staple fires. Could be user error but I am struggling with it.
Pros: Crafting, Upholstery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unable to load staples

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product and was unable to load the staples. I took it back to the place I purchased it and the tool person could not even get the staples loaded. I returned the product and purchased a Bosch which works great.

This tool is a bottom-load staple gun, which means the staples are placed directly into the channel with the legs facing up and out of the tool, as shown here: http://bit.ly/t50acd-load. Very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stapler to attached a card board backing to a a oak picture frame. I tried it first on a pine board and staples penetrated completely in this "softer" wood. The staples did not penetrate as well in hard oak
