Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to tack up some plastic across 2x4 studs. Without much thought, I also picked up 1/2" staples that I thought could be used for various purposes. Found that the tool won't drive a 1/2" T50 staple into pine. I expected better.
Pros: General Repairs, insulation, Wiring
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, there. We're sorry you've been disappointed by the performance of the T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun. It may help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing the staple gun, as long as you can do so safely, to increase the penetration of the staple. However, we always recommend choosing the shortest staple possible to achieve the 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration because going deeper into the surface than that will not provide a stronger hold. very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I tried to use it I thought my outlet was not working so I went to another one, when I realized that the stapler didn't make any noise when it was turned on and that you had to have the safety notch flush with your project I was won over. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stapler to put up some poly vapor barrier over my insulation. I have an older Arrow manual stapler which has always performed well for me. But as I am getting older I am always looking for easier ways to do things. I seen that Arrow made an electric one so I purchased it. I am very impressed with it and highly recommend this stapler.

Great Stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old stapler died after many years of use and I replaced it with the T50 ACD. Wow, what a difference in performance. The T50 did a super job of firing the staples and the loading process was very easy to use. Highly recommend.
Pros: General Repairs, insulation, stapling screening to gable vents in the attic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to use and powerful. I used it to staple chicken fence to my wood fence to prevent rabbits.
The staples came after a year though in many places and I had to go and do one more round. May be I needed a different tool for my need.
