Small and light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to work on upholstery projects. It is light weight and fits comfortably in my small hands. The staples go in flush, without having to hammer them in after the fact. I am using 3/16 staples, which have points; I wish the larger sized staples were also pointy, instead of having blunt ends.

I wanted an electric staple gun that would take 1/2" staples made by Craftsman and it does this very well. Remember to put the staples in the stapler up-side-down in the forward slot near the hammering system or they will not fit.

Works great almost all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, our corded Arrow stapler finally gave out after 30 years, so I went out and bought this cordless one (code 1117). I'm using it to attach hardware cloth to the underside of a shed floor I'm building, and also to attach a plastic vapor barrier on the top of the joists. It's easy to load and easy to handle. The reason this review doesn't have five stars is that sometimes it won't fire a staple. I'm stapling 10-12 times in a row, and then nothing will come out. When this happens, I open/close the loading drawer, turn it off/on, turn it upside down or rightside up, and in general wait around for a few seconds before trying again. Eventually it will start working and give me another dozen or so fires before stopping again. When it's working it's the perfect tool for the job I'm doing.

Storage Caddy how?

Well this review process is a chore and there is no option to get the free Caddy. Seems like a Scam so because of that I'm leaving a 1 star. My code on the attached card is 1117
