Easy on my hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality and design. I was surprised to be able to use the stapler as soon as I inserted the staples with no practice shots. I had no hand problems, such as cramping or pain. Simple.

Difficult to use. Poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to use. Would not staple a thin piece of carpet to a soft wooden cat scratching post. Design of on/off switch poor, hard to tell if it's on or off.
Staple loading clumsy. Directions say to squeeze the staple loader, but do not say to squeeze from top to bottom instead of side to side. Difficult to open it. When using, can only get a few lucky shots off and then it simply stops working, as if unplugged. After turning it off and on and checking the staples, it appears to be that you must angle the front of the stapler downward so as to depress the little metal tab to meet the surface. Not explained sufficiently in the directions.

All of our electric tools come with a contact safety that must be fully depressed before the tool will fire. It's helpful when working with these tools to be aware of the size and placement of the contact safety, and then place the tool accordingly so the contact safety will engage. Typically this is more a matter of positioning than force. However, we would like to touch base with you to further troubleshoot the issues you experienced with staple penetration. Great Tool

Makes Many Household Jobs Much Easier and Quicker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an Arrow electric stapler 25 or so years ago and this ACD T50 is a vast improvement over the last one. I like the longer cord (the last one had a cord about 8 inches long) and I like the on/off switch which did not come on the previous model I bought. Very happy camper.
