Good for Dinning Room Chair Upholstery

Everything turned out great and our chairs look so new and refreshed! Can't wait to show off our handiwork to family and friends!

For Home Reupholstery

I purchased this tool because I have started to do reupholstering at home of living room furniture that has been put out for a second life due to fabric design or similar minor issues. Most homeowners do not have the skills or willingness to do their own reupholstering.
I have been using a 1970s vintage Swingline hand stapler, which requires a strong hand grip and equally strong wrists. Fortunately for me, my grip is still good, but the repeated impact necessary for upholstering is tough on my wrist. Additionally, the narrow crown staples required can't be handled by my old Swingline, which also jams frequently.

Stapling Fabric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stapler works well for reducing hand fatigue when stapling a lot of staples. I wish it had a little more power though. You still have to put a lot of pressure for the staple to be flush without having to chase it with a hammer.

Great Tool For Upholstery

Worked very well although we had to apply pretty much pressure to get the staples to go into the wood all the way. It could have been our chairs. Overall, it worked great for the job we were doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the T50ACD to attach a bottom lining for a couple of sofas. Ease of use was fantastic, loading and unloading staples was easy. Safety features are wonderful. Mixed reviews on use. In some areas of bottom of sofa it worked well on fabric and in areas with harder wood, the staples did not take consistently and a few staples had to lightly tapped with a hammer after it caught the wood.For lighter use such as very strong cardboard on chair bottoms this stapler the T50ACD would likely be flawless. Also for things such as drywall.
