Great Product until dropped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked great until it tumbled off my 6' ladder while installing ceiling insulation. It fell onto a wooden sub-floor and bounced the loading cartridge open. The next time the cartridge was opened to load more staples the spring and roller fell out of the cartridge. No repair specs were available to make repairs. The unit will need to be sent back to Arrow. I am now looking at the pneumatic gun instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stapler mainly because I'm doing renovations to my old farm house. I figured that's a lot of stapling using a regular one. Just finished on of the rooms and I was really surprised how easy it was to use and easy to reload. Mainly there was no kick back when being fired and the safety mechanism is very reassuring. Will not fire by accident nor is it too sensitive.
