Great for new seat covers with correct staples

We bought this unit to put new covers on our bar cushions. We like the look and feel of the new stapler. However, we tried the T50 508 1/2 in staples first and it would not drive the staples through the original wood base. We switched to the T50 506 3/8 in chiseled staples and they worked great!
They held the fabric perfect and made the job complete as needed.

Worked well to reuphoster UTV seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well to reupholster the bench seat on our UTV. Used 3/8” staples, and it easily provided full penetration into the plastic base. In a few very tight corners, which required tightly pulling the vinyl, it did not always shoot a staple without readjusting. This was because the contact safety (where the staple comes out) was not adequately depressed.
The quality problem experienced was associated with the quick release magazine. There are 2 loose pins that retain the external latch. One of the pins fell out the second time it was opened. There was no clip on the end to retain it. I returned it to the store, and they exchanged it for a new one, which had a flare on the end of the pin to keep it from falling out.

Good for outdoor work and soft wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought it was a great use for affixing chicken wire to 2x2 to build garden 7'x5' and 4' (height) boxes to keep animals out.
In the softer wood with 1/2" staples made it an easy use case and it delivered.
Still easy to use, but if I'm nit picking, the trigger is small-ish which can lead to challenges with the small safety point on uneven surfaces. But a really solid tool that made it easy.

I purchased this to replace a Stanley electric stapler that I bought years ago. From day 1 it would never sink a staple all the way into the wood. This new one does it without even trying. It made quick work of my project, which used about 500 staples. I highly recommend it.
