Replacement Stapler did the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a heavier duty Arrow stapler that sadly died recently (though after a lot of use!) so we needed a new one for a Sofa reupholstering job. Our local hardware store had this one in stock, so we gave it a try. I was a bit concerned that the lighter weight might not work as well as our previous unit, but overall we had a better experience with this model than our previous one. The lighter weight made it easier to maneuver. My only complaint about these models is that often the safety sensors don't sense that the stapler is perfectly aligned, so it won't trigger a staple. We end up re-positioning the stapler multiple times before it finally shoots again, which can be frustrating when you're putting in lots of staples. However, I think that's the nature of the safety mechanism. We did two reupholstering jobs - a sofa and then a wing-back chair (which was actually harder than the sofa!) and the stapler performed well through it all.

Great and easy to use for many gardening projects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compact electric staple gun T50ACD and Arrow 1/4" stainless steel staples was very easy to use in constructing garden plant labels for the community gardens that I volunteer in as a Master Gardener. It is a very durable and the design makes it easier to get into tight spaces.

I bought this stapler to recover a motorcycle seat. Manual staplers are difficult to use and hold the cover in place. The safety contact helped to hold the vinyl cover in place while stapling. This stapler had plenty of power to drive the staples into the hard plastic seat base. It made a frustrating and tedious job much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The staple gun is if solid construction and works well for 1/4" staples. We tried using 1/2", but it couldn't bottom out on regular plywood which was a little disappointing. However, smaller staples will work...just means we can't use the box we have in hand.
