Working on a project that carpet was being fasten on to a board. 1/2 inch staples were used and it worked fine.

It is a great product. You just need to make sure you push the stapler snug against the item before stapling. Very easy to maneuver and staple.

Perfect and heavy duty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerShot T50ACD worked great for my recent reupholstery of six dinning room chairs. The stapler was light enough for me to maneuver along the seat easily and still heavy enough to stay in place while stapling. I needed a tool to do just that. Four years ago I reupholstered these chairs using a staple gun (not electric), it was exhausting and I wasted a lot of staples because I didn't use enough pressure to hold the tool in place. Using the PowerShot T50ACD I had no problem finishing strong and no wasted staples!

Used for upholstering gym equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product for upholstering a couple of DIY gym benches. On the first bench, it worked just fine. A week later I was working on another bench, and halfway through it just topped working. Tried different extension cords and outlets, but it would not fire. I couldn't find any information online on how to trouble shoot. Fortunately, I was able to take it back to where I purchased it for an exchange and was able to get the project finished. Overall, it works well, when it's working.

Great for reupholstering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stapler made it easy to secure some heavy duty fabric to my repurposed dining room chairs. I bought 3/8 and 1/2 staples and found the 3/8 perfect for the job, but I’m keeping the 1/2 inch ones because I know I’ll find something to use them on. Great tool. My online review code is: 1117
