So easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the T50ACD electric stapler to secure insulation to the roof of my garden shed. Used 5/16” staples but then found 1/2” better for the thicker batting. Was done in no time at all with very little effort.

Great tool for hanging chicken wire on my outdoor cat cage. Never a problem.

I have an Arrow manual stapler but there were too many staples to use for this project, plus I wanted to make sure the staples went in the wood all the way. This electric model did the job well and was definitely a time saver...I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Compact Electric Staple Gun - T50ACD worked like a charm when reupholstering the seats on my dining room chairs. I started this project with a Bostitch electric staple gun that I owned for maybe 2 years and used on a total of 3 projects. It just quit. Could not get it to staple...it was dead. With 4 more chairs to go and not likely to use the manual staple gun after owning an electric one, I headed out to Menards to replace it. As I stood in the aisle trying to decide which Bostitch to purchase, it dawned on me that maybe buying a replacement Bostitch wasn't such a good idea since it didn't last very long.
So I decided to buy a comparable Arrow and, let me tell you, it is slick. Easy to use, lighter weight, longer cord, and was even a few dollars less than that other brand! I am a happy camper with this new Arrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a grumpy old man, and usually stick with the traditional; An Arrow T-50 manual staple gun has served me well for years, and I didn't see any need for anything more complicated. When it came time to install insulation in the attic of my Mother's house, the potential benefits of a powered stapler were obvious. I have no problem with the effort required to work a manual T-50, but knowing I would be doing it thousands of times over the next few days, in very cramped conditions made the decision to buy a powered stapler an obvious choice. The ability to quickly drive a half dozen staples in rapid succession, upside down, arms outstretched, and with the wrong hand, just by pulling a switch... Was immediately appreciated.
When driving 1/2" staples into harder substrates, they may sometimes be left very slightly high, but my manual T-50 also left them similarly proud, in a side by side comparison. It seems they drive with very comparable power, and obviously, the operator needs to select the proper length of staple for the job, in either case.
I only have three days worth of experience with this unit so far, and can't speak to its durability, but don't foresee any problems. A nice tool, and I suddenly find myself curious about the cordless models. I passed on anything battery operated for this job, fearing they might be underpowered, or offer limited working time between charging cycles, with performance trailing off as the battery charge waned. My positive experience with the corded model makes me wonder if those concerns are unfounded, and anxious to try one of the battery operated models.
