Securing Shelf Paper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had some painting done in our closet, bathroom, and laundry room. I wanted to put new shelf liner down in a different color. I had used an opened office stapler to secure my old shelf liner but my strength has diminished since I did those. I decided to get an electric stapler to make it easier. I bought the Arrow T50ACD and used 1/4" staples. The stapler works great. This would be a good one to use if you never intend on changing liner again because the staples are so secure I could not get them out of the wood even with the Arrow (Model #SL24D) which is really heavy duty. But again, I don't have a lot of strength. I decided to just leave it. The stapler was very easy to use and the staple was very secure. This will come in really handy for reupholstering chairs and any other household projects we may have. I could have used this electric one back in my teaching days.

This electrical stapler was great for the project. I highly recommend it for upholstery projects. It also comes with a free storage caddy using online review code 1117.

Does not fire staple consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device only fires about every five pulls of trigger. Had high hopes but had to return and get another brand gun. Tried pressing down multiple ways. Staples did not jam. Also staples would not counter sink and sometimes were raised into pine wood. Need a way to increase the force.

We're sorry to hear that your staple gun didn't work as you had hoped. Sometimes when staples don't fully penetrate the wood it is because the staples are too long. We also recommend placing a hand on top of the stapler for extra force when firing.

Great stapler for reupholstering our kitchen chairs.
