I bought the first staple gun and it didn’t work at all so i returned it to Lowes and replaced it with one of the same used it for about five minutes and it seems to work great and if it wasn’t for the first one being defective i might have given it five stars.
Pros: General Repairs

Awesome performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric stapler was a blessing for our reupholstery project. We reupholstered our barstools and dinning set chairs using the 5/16 staplers and it was so easy we can't wait to use it on our next project. Highly recommended !

Upholstery small repairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this gun to do small upholstery repairs so I don't have to take an air compressor. It would not shoot the 1/2" staples all the way in on poplar or pine wood. I had to finish driving them in with a hammer. It is proabably a good tool for other uses but I don't recommend it for upholstery.

Also make sure the tip of the stapler is pressed firmly against the surface before firing to release the contact safety.
