very easy, works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as advertised and expected, the electric stapler works quite well and is easy and intuitive to use. The 4-star rating is due to the small difficulties we had using it to secure upholstery. Had to pull and re-do a number of staples. Eventually learned, via trial and error, that holding at an angle worked better. Still, for an inexpensive and easy to use tool, it did the job for home use. If you have a lot of upholstery, you will need something stronger. Would recommend.

Cannot rate as the product came with no staples! All other brands I considered came with some staples.
