Works well for reupholstering ottomans

Used to redo the fabric on bay window sitting area. Worked well wth 3/8 staples but 1/4 may have been better as some did not go all the way in.

Recovered a motorcycle seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to Lowe’s three different times, purchased three different staplers. This is the only one that had the power to re-stapler a dirt bike seat cover into the plastic seat base.

Good All-Round Stapler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it to reupholster a stool and soon realized that a stapler with a longer nib is needed so you can get into tight areas which this stapler does not allow for. But otherwise its a good stapler for general usage, just NOT meant for reupholstering.

The contact safety feature requires the nose of the stapler to make full contact with the surface before firing. This prevents accidental misfires. However, it may be difficult to staple into tighter places, as you mention. We hope you will get much use from your stapler with a variety of projects!
