My new favorite tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T50ACD COMPACT ELECTRIC STAPLE GUN is a game changer! My husband and I decided to make cushions for our breakfast nook. We attempted to use a manual stapler and were extremely disappointed. We sent our son-in-law up to the corner hardware store and through video chat decided on this model. Lets just say it made this disaster project fun! We had no clue what we were doing and all the YouTube videos we watched had erased from our memory, but we got it done and fast with this little tool. I do have to add that other than a splinter from the particle board, which was removed quite promptly, it was completed with no injuries! I highly recommend this tool for the experienced and inexperienced DIYers.

Great for General Home Stapling Projects

The Arrow T50ACD worked very well for my project. It would drive 1/2" T50 staples into Pressure treated 2x4 almost to full depth. It does drive 5/16" T50 staples fully into PT 2x4's. Easy to load, never had a mis-fire or double staple. Great electric stapler for the price. Long electric cord very nice.

not as powerful as I would like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the electric staple gun to reupholster a chair. It is easy to hold on to, easy to load the staples. but the gun does not have a lot of oomph to it and would not drive the staples all the way in. I had to use a hammer to pound the staples flush with the chair. My chair had both plastic and wood that fabric had to be stapled on and the gun just wasn't strong enough to do the job without a hammer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A few things to note: On very hard surfaces, firing recoil may interfere with n/staple
penetration. Firmly placing one hand on top of tool can help driving power.

Good for reupholstery projects!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recovered some dining chair seats- this tool is lightweight and easy to use but has enough power to tackle some heavy vinyl material. Used 5/16" staples because didn't want the staples to penetrate the wooden seat backing panel. I would recommend this tool for many upholstert and craft projects!
