Good for stapling plastic sheeting.

Great Stapler but not for 1/2 inch rabbets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice stapler but not for installing screening in a 1/2 inch rabbet joint. Cannot get the staples to the center of the joint and shoots too close to the edge. I do not recommend it for this kind of job but will use it for others.

I'm 73 years old. This is the tool I should have had years ago. Its feel and operation are easy on my old hands and wrists. The long cord helps my mobility. I like the ergonomic curves and the solid "thumpf" when the striker sinks the staple to just below the surface of the wood. The safety feature of the front pressure slide took a little bit of getting used to since its spring is strong and I'm weakening some with age. So, this is a solid purchase. It complements my air-actuated stapler and gets me into where the need is without air present. I really want to thank the designers of this one. Of course, at the time I thought the PowerShot was Heaven-sent too, so, you know where my head is at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product to upholster a headboard. The safety feature was slightly frustrating as the fabric was too soft to trigger the safety release. Otherwise it expedites my project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool came in very handy when reupholstering dining room chair seats. The power is just right for this purpose and will be very helpful for many projects in the future. Using an electric stapler will save me a lot of stress and pain on my wrists. There were lots of staplers to choose from and I chose Arrow.
