Wouldn't work right out of the package

I bought this model due to the great reviews I read about it. 4.5 stars from over 12,000 reviews. Got it home, read the instructions then loaded the magazine. Plugged it in, turned on and nothing . . . I cycled the process again and still nothing. I pressed lightly, then hard, but it still wouldn't fire. (Yes, I confirmed the receptacle I was using was working correctly). It's boxed up and headed back to the store in the morning. I've never had an issue with any of my other Arrow products, so I'm hoping I bought one of those 1 in 1,000 bad units. I'll trade it in for another one of the same model and try it.
Pros: insulation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased electric Arrow stapler T50ACD on-line from Home Depot. Very happy with this product. Our dining room chairs needed to be redone and this stapler was perfect. We used 3/8 staples, completed 6 chairs with "no" jams! Easy to use, easy to load.

Great for golf cart seat

I had to replace the rotted plywood in our golf cart seat and I had given my old reliable T50 staple gun to my son, so I went to a store to purchase another when I spotted this electric gun. It was fantastic and made fastening the old heavy plastic a breeze. I would definitely recommend this electric gun to anyone who has something like reupholstering to do. I used the 5/16 Staples and it was great except for trying to go through a knot.

A great tool for the DIY upholsterer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the T50ACD to replace an older model that failed while re-upholstering the kitchen and dining room chairs. It worked better than the old model, properly setting nine of ten staples while the old one set about four of five.

Good Staple Gun For A DIYer

After using this for the afternoon, I must say that I really like this staple gun. However, I do wish the "Contact Safety" had a slight concave shape to it rather than the slight convex shape it has. The way it is makes it just a little slower to line-up onto things like chicken wire and stuff. If this one thing was better I would've given 5 stars and highest marks across the board.

Worked "OK" for reupholstering chairs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stapler worked fine, but was not able to fully penetrate the MDF (even using 3/8" staples) which meant we needed to hammer in almost every staple. It made the process a lot longer and we also ended up with several bent staples which needed to be pulled out.
