[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of reupholstering and found myself having a hard time with conventional staplers. The ease with this one has allowed me to do so much more in such a shorter time. I love it and am thinking about buying the cordless one as well.

Used for dining room chair seat reupholstering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerShot T50ACD, Electric Staple Gun, was a great power tool to accomplish this project of reupholstering dining room chairs. I used 5/16" Arrow staples for this project. I was using thinner fabric this time, but was often stapling through multiple layers as I didn't take the old fabric off. This worked well most of the time. Sometimes the staples would bend or the legs would break off so I would just pull it out and restaple. The particle board was 3/8" thick. Previously, I was trying to use a hand stapler and I had to hammer staples in after deploying them and it was very hard on my hand. This electric stapler was a definite improvement and the process went much faster!

Poweful, easy to load and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this staple gun to reupholster an overstuffed living room chair. The chair needed several repairs and reinforcements. The stuffing or padding has several different variations of fabrics including foam, padded poly rolls, poly filling in different areas, piping that include several layers in different areas, different layers of utility material and the material used for recovering is hefty and thick. The chair also has a variety of different woods from soft wood, pine and very hard wood like hard maple. This stapler accommodates all the different materials and variations of woods in the construction. This is my third purchase of a different power stapler, the first two were not functional and had to go to the trash, This is the one that doesn't jam. I recommend you buy this model for any project.

good for chair upholstery

It was very easy to use. I recommend it for type of use.
I used 3/8" staples which i found to be just right for the job.
I'm glad that I purchased this stapler as I will be using it
again on other projects that require stapling.
