Terrible do not buy

I have had this for 2 months and I hate it. It is the worst vacuum I have ever bought. Constantly goes to plugged. Can’t vacuum more than a couple passes. My house isn’t dirty this this is just that bad. I have owned a few sharks and this will be my last. I would give no stars if it let me

This was the only thing that I asked for during Christmas. I was SO excited when I received it as a gift from my in-laws. However, I have NEVER in my life owned such a horrible vacuum… It doesn’t pick up hardly anything, even if it stays charged long enough to do so. The battery dies within 15-20 minutes of run time on eco mode. I have an old Shark stick vacuum that I have loved for 4 years now, so I was looking to replace it with this one. I have been nothing but disappointed in this product. Save your money, don’t buy it.

Not impressed with this vacuum at all. I wished I would have returned it in the allowed time frame. But, we were in the process of selling one house and moving into another. Time got away from me and I didn’t use it much during that time to keep reminding me. I have several Shark/Ninja products and this vacuum is the ONLY one I have ever had problems with.
It doesn’t hold long of a charge. I can get 1 room done, but that is it. Then I have to wait for it to charge to move on to another room.
I am constantly having to clean the tube of hair/dirt. Just one slightly larger piece of hair or dirt and you have a problem. We live on a farm. We have animals. I really thought this would help keep things tidy. I vacuum 2x/wk. This has always been my routine. With this, I feel you need to vacuum every day or you will have this problem.
I give it 2 stars because it is lighter/easier to handle than most vacuum cleaners. I have had 2 back surgeries and needed something lighter, yet powerful,

Had 10 days and charge.doesnt last longer than 15 minutes and clogs easily even when the floor is clean. Cheaper to just sweep.

Nice feature of self emptying function

I love the self emptying function! The vacuum itself does not have the suction I am accustomed to for a product at this price point. Even at the boost level I have to go over areas several times on hard floors. It’s great for quick pickup but not for your main vacuum.

I am QUEEN of reviews! I spend most of my time looking at reviews and videos and pictures before I buy something. I unfortunately read all the reviews from people who got a FREE product who gave this 4/5 stars!!!!! All the other 1 star reviews are the most up front and honest reviews about this product! There is not 1 good thing about this vacuum. The first month it worked but now forget about it! Let me repeat only 1 month of use!!! I use it once a day and in very particular on my care of expensive purchases!! 1. It barely sucks anything up! I have to use my hands or another vacuum. 2. The canister attached to the vacuum keeps popping off which means that EVERYTHING you JUST vacuumed spills all over the place! 3. The latch that connects from the vacuum to the empty system pops off too and now it will not lock properly so the vacuum can’t be fully emptied. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HEADACHE AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE! I’m so upset I waisted this amount of money for nothing!
