Sophisticated vacuum system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Cordless Detect Pro Auto-Empty System has a LOT of features, so set up and the learning curve is a little bit more than your basic vacuum. There are several pros and some cons. On the pro side, it is lightweight and cordless makes it easy to carry throughout the house. I like the ability to pop off the smaller vacuum to get in tight spots. It seems to work equally well on carpet (low pile) and hardwood. The LED light is handy and I've been able to get in some tight spots my other vacuum couldn't hit. It holds a charge really well and has been effective on pet hair (our number one cleaning challenge). Cons: You will have to have a dedicated place to plug in the dock/auto-empty system. The other thing that is taking me time to get used to is the detect feature. There have been a few times when I wanted the suction power to be more than what the system determined I needed and honestly, life is too short for me to having an argument with my smart vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! I have tried all different brands and shark is definitely the best. I have a dog and the amount of hair this vacuum picks up is amazing. I also like the self emptying so you don’t have to worry about it after every use. I empty the base weekly. Very sleek style and light weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have several dogs and we eat vacuum cleaners with all the hair we have to pick up. This unit is one of the best we've ever had. It has excellent suction and works effectively both on surface rugs and hardwoods. Setup was a breeze and it doesn't take up much real estate. Emptying is easy and efficient. We have zero complaints. This is a tremendous value.

Perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless design of the vacuum has made my cleaning routine a breeze. I no longer have to worry about maneuvering around cords or finding nearby outlets. The freedom of movement has made a significant difference and has actually made cleaning easier. The automatic self-cleaning function is the best feature! It is so innovative and simplifies the cleaning process while providing optimal performance. You just place the vacuum on its charger and it cleans whatever is in the vacuum. The vacuum’s ability to automatically clean itself not only saves time, but it also ensures it is always performing at its best. Bonus: I also want to note, we have had this for two weeks, and we have not had to empty the self-cleaning system yet.
The set up is super easy. You practically open it up, and it is ready to go. This vacuum is no ordinary cleaning tool. It is a powerhouse of innovation and design excellence. This vacuum is also so sleek and modern. Even when it is hung up for storage, it looks like it belongs there. We have gotten so many compliments…on a vacuum of all things! The attention to detail in both functionality and design is truly commendable. It looks as good as it cleans!
Another amazing feature is that the vacuum’s power changes automatically based on what type of flooring it is cleaning. This intelligent technology not only ensures a thorough clean, but it also prolongs battery life. Throughout our home, we have laminate and carpeting. The vacuum does a phenomenal job with both types of flooring.
This vacuum is of the utmost quality. Thought it is lightweight, it is very durable. It is so well made, and I know we will have this vacuum for quite a while. No more bulky vacuums. This one is a keeper! Highly, highly, highly recommended! It will save you significant time when it comes to cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know a vacuum cleaner could do the things this does. It's amazingly lightweight, for one. It's so easy to empty and leaves no dust behind. The charge on the battery is great as well. I've been a Shark customer for a while and probably will be for life.

Great Concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to love Ninja and Shark Clean products. I love this concept. Very easy to assemble right out of the box. I have a Shark cordless vacuum and all the dust debris and hairs are usually stuck within the vacuum stick which is a very small space which can be annoying to empty so often. This vacuum once placed in the charging dock/emptying system detects the vacuum and suctions all the dirt into the bottom. With a hepa filter which is nice during allergy season and an odor neutralizer so it won't smell if you leave it for days at a time. With detect pro, the vacuum knows what surface you are cleaning, and it has incredible suction both on wood floors, linoleum, tiles and carpet areas. I have long hair and somehow my hair gets all over the place and this vacuum got them all. It doesn't take up too much room which is important to me. The dock is easy to open and empty with little to no mess. The only little gripe I would mention is due to the battery back being on the handle of the vacuum it is a little heavier. Definitely recommended, very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark cordless detect pro is an amazing little vacuum. With the technology to sense the suction level required for the area it makes the job so easy. Turn it on and let it do it's thing. The self emptying base makes the use so convenient and vacuuming has been assigned to my son as a new chore. I highly recommend for anyone in the market.

Fun and versatile vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most impressive vacuum I have ever owned. From the versatility, to the power, to ease of use, this Shark has it all.
The best feature in my opinion are the three different power settings. The Eco will save the battery for longer jobs while the Boost mode will do the heavy duty cleaning. For me, however, the Automatic is the most amazing. Our home has hardwood, carpet and area rugs. Vacuuming between the three used to be tedious, but now with the Shark, it is seamless. The vacuum will automatically detect how much suction to use based on the surface. I love this feature the most.
The auto-empty system is also very neat. With my older vacuums, I was used to emptying them out after every use. Now with the Shark, I simply put it on the base and it will take care of the rest. It’ll self empty into a removable container for very easy clean up. I’m able to get almost 4-5 full cleaning sessions in until I have to empty the container. The fact that the system also acts as charger is a bonus. You can store it away and forget about it. Then the next time you need to use it, it’s charged, emptied and ready to go.
Lastly, I’ve gotten great use from the vacuum in my car. I simply remove the attachment and it makes it portable to use anywhere. It’s lightweight and l can easily maneuver in tight spaces.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this Shark Auto Empty System. Setup is super easy and using it is actually quite fun. The auto empty feature and the different power modes are what really set the vacuum apart. I highly recommend to others.
