Awful! Do NOT buy!

This vacuum is AWEFUL! Worst Shark purchase of my life! Total waste of money. The battery doesn’t last long enough to complete even one floor at a time. It dumps dirt out of the little white flap whenever it decides to randomly open which you don’t realize until you’ve been vacuuming for awhile and realize you’re been throwing dirt EVERYWHERE the whole time and when you realize it’s too late bcuz the battery is dead so you can’t even clean it up until you wait for it to charge. I tried buying a new battery so we have an extra to finish the floors, but for months I’ve had no such luck. The whole thing is super frustrating. I don’t think the sensor is working anymore either. I’ve only purchased Sharks my whole life but after this experience I will be looking at other options unless Shark takes this thing back and shows me a better one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed with shark

I bought this around Black Friday, the battery already only lasts 3 minutes at Most. The auto empty is a joke! If you have pets, ithe hair gets stuck and the lid never closes all the way unless you manually shut it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falling out of love.

I’ve had mine since November of 2023 and it’s not June of 2024. Initially we loved it however now it’s getting to be a bother. Our cat’s hair builds up in the floor’s suction opening requiring us to clear it out almost every time we vacuum. The roller also gets stuck with long hairs or strings (that may just be a typical vacuum issue though?) The floor vacuum accessory gets ‘stuck’ so to switch it out to get a handheld extender on takes a lot of wiggling and, not going to lie, sometimes I just admit defeat because it gets to be pretty frustrating. I wanted to really love this vacuum but unfortunately it’s just okay for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Worst Vacuum Ever!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase this vacuum. It is the
worst I have ever owned. The battery only lasts around 10 minutes
and it is constantly getting clogged. I couldn’t be more disappointed in
this product. If you spend the money to purchase this product you

There are better options

The auto empty feature in this vacuum is nice. I bough this vacuum to use on my hardwood floors however the vacuums performance is disappointing. After using this vacuum over six months and giving it a fair shot I've concluded I should have spent a little bit more money and purchased a Dyson instead.

I love this Shark

I love this vacuum it is light and I can go from floor to carpet. to floor. I like that it empties itself and it cleans well. Under my counters and appliances. So mucher neater than other vacuums. The only complaint would be that I wish the cord was a bit longer for the base/charger. It is difficult to plug into a convenient outlet making it less assessable in my kitchen.

I've been using this vacuum for 5 months now and it is definitely average. As a mom of 3 messy boys, this definitely does not perform the way I need it to. It gets clogged so easily and I am constantly removing all the parts to get out dust clogs. I thought the cordless feature would be nice but I highly regret not going for a better suction vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst vacuum EVER!!!

I bought this thinking it was going to be great. It was the worst mistake I’ve made when it comes to cleaning products. This vacuum barely picks up dust. It shuts off constantly. It says self cleaning, but I have to clean the filters after every use and it still doesn’t pick up dirt from the floor. I had a shark that lasted me seven years and I was thoroughly pleased. I got this one around Christmas and it has done nothing but really frustrate me. I do not recommend and I’m highly disappointed in the false advertising with this.
