Lightning in a box

I had upgraded to the nighthawk from my n-Series router when I was needing a larger range with faster connection in my house. I needed a router that could handle more devices with uninterrupted speed. After some review I came to the decision on the Ax6. I trust Netgear for reliability and easy to setup interface and wasn’t disappointed. Thanks!

Nice router

I bought this and it worked great but after connecting my wifi security cameras, I needed more signal strength. Not really the fault of the router since I have it installed at one end of the house and the cameras are all mounted outside and fairly long distance from the router. The signal strength in the house and even the garage was great. I went with the new RAXE500 and now have plenty of signal even outside through several walls.

Lightning Fast

Replaced a NetGear N900 with this new Nighthawk bad boy. Used to be with the old N900 we would lose 75% of our speed on 2.4 and 50% on 5G. Just upgraded to 300 mbps business. Getting 333 mbps on 5 G 20 feet away from this new Nighthawk! Have an old Honeywell Thermostat that only connects to 2.4 54 mbps. Nice to be able to set Channel 1 2.4 54 mbps and have our older WiFi Thermostat connect and function fine! Super happy with this new Nighthawk Router and would highly recommend to anyone! A

Nighthawk 5400 is amazing. This router has amazing reach. We live on a lake and our doc is about 125 feet from the house. Our WiFi reaches the dock so we can stream videos at night under moon light. Great product. Very impressed.
