Great for gaming and downloading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t really research how having Wi-Fi 6 helps your connection but I can give you some of my anecdotal experiences. I’ve had this router for a year which was a gift on Black Friday. At the time I just hooked it up expecting to get lower ping for competitive gaming which it did. I never really say that much of a difference though until I build my high end gaming pc this year. My motherboard has Wi-Fi 6 capabilities or something and it has noticeably helped with ping during competitive play. It also just help with downloading games by just sucking up all the mbps from everyone else on the network. I get order an oled deck which has Wi-Fi 6 on it. For sure will be testing out to see how it benefit

Excellent router with excellent features

Upgraded router because other router was having issues connecting devices. This router is more powerful and connects way more devices. NETGEAR routers are awesome!

Fast

I bought to replace a TP Link router. This router is very fast, but was a pain to install; took 3 times to get all of the process to load so I could install.

Best Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving a weak security alert on my IPhone, I was able to reset the router, change the password, and set up a guest password with minimal effort on the 12 items connected to the internet. It worked like a charm and I was happy with the results.

Extended my network

Good ... But maybe outdated?

I had this new in the box sitting in storage awaiting my next move. I just set it up and have had so many problems - worst being I cannot contact customer service! Although I just broke the seal three days ago, it's stating my complimentary period for service has expired, as has my warranty 😮💨. I'm not sure what to do with this thing now - it's working but sporadic, reading incorrect signals and not updating as it should.
It was 'top of the line' when I purchased it ... But now it seems it's obsolete and not supported by many devices.
