Nighthawk AX5400 RAX50

Replaced old competitor router easily. Provides stronger signal on the 2.4 band and has only one primary 5 band a guest 5 band. App is mobile phone only. No desktop Win10 or iOS App. No ability to opt out of data harvesting when using Android version of mobile App.

This router is mid budget WIFI6 router for small home. WIFI is fast enough for Netflix and Youtube streaming, NAS performance is fast enough for 4K streaming from SSD.

Fantastic Router, Easy Setup, Great Price

After a lot of thorough research on routers, I decided to go with the Netgear Nighthawk RAX50 because it fit perfectly in line with my needs. The mobile app provides a streamlined, very easy way to setup the router that can be done in less than 10 minutes. It comes with an abundant amount of features such as the built-in online protection which is great and also gives a sense of comfort. The performance the router delivers is VERY fast and reliable and long gone are the day of my internet speeds being throttled by my old router. Compact, wall-mountable, solid features, great range, amazing speeds, reliable performance makes me very content with the purchase and it's been a very pleasant experience overall.

Easy set up

We needed an updated solution for our older outdated home/business network , this was easy to set up and had some great features. Very happy so far, it did take a few try’s to get the Nighthawk App to work properly, but it seems like it is all set .
