Nice router with great range

Easy install

Needed an upgrade due to upgrade with our provider at our restaurant. Have always had good luck with Netgear, so stuck with the brand. Easy install, basically seamless. Saved our old one as a back up, since still worked great.

I bought this to replace another router running an open source firmware. I like to have full control over everything my router is doing. I like the Nighthawk app. Was very easy to set up and still allows me plenty of control over how it functions. The prompts to sign up for trial software are a bit annoying, but I can look past them. Get 110 mbps on my MacBook through our 100 mbps connection. Works everywhere in our 3-story 1,300 sq ft house, including areas around the house. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a reliable and speedy router.

Great signal and covers a substantial area. I have two floors and added the Netgear extender. Also looks good.
