because my previous modem/wifi router combination simply died i decided this time to go with separate modem and router this time and my god, this thing is amazing. the fact i can control the router now from an app tickles me and simplifies it way down. one of my favorite tech upgrades in a long while

Effective streaming device

We have a Netgear extender used for years but wasn’t strong enough to get to the other end of the house and we were losing connection when streaming in our bedroom so frustrating. Have not had one issue since installing Nighthawk! Yay!

Great wired, Ok wireless

My wired connection speed is fantastic and matches what I pay my isp. But my wireless connection is about 1/5 the speed of my wired connection right next to the router. I wish my wireless worked better.

Have lots of devices going at the same time, including 2 different game consoles going at the same time. No lag, no kids complaining.... good in my book
