Lightweight and easy to maneuver!

I just bought this vacuum and I love it! Very easy to assemble and so lightweight. The Power suction turns on when you get close to the walls! It sucks up everything from dog hair to sand!
I couldn't decide which one to buy but I’m glad I chose this one!
Only down side is my first time using it, it died after 18 minutes… other than that, it’s absolutely amazing!

Great vacuum, awful company strategy

Love this vacuum, so lightweight and works great but I am absolutely baffled by the fact that it doesn't come with the extra attachment that the self emptying does and you can't buy it either. Shark is all about making you spend the maximum amount to get the whole package. Really starting to rethink staying this this company.

Disappointment in unavailability of attachments

Bought this for cordless convenience and lightweight appliance. Am very disappointed that no attachments other
than the crevice tool came with it -and- no attachments are available to purchase.
Would like to have a dusting brush attachment at least!

Shark ion duo is better .

Battery life is horrible … not as advertised . Suction is ok . This is only good for hardwood and tile floors only — not great on carpet … doesn’t fold for storage. I love shark products .. but this one isn’t great

Hands down a powerful vacuum!

The vacuum is incredible. It definitely exceeds getting the job done. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I thought I was purchasing the self empty system as I was watching the review videos before making no my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible, don’t wast your money

I got this vacuum about 3 months ago and it already is broke. About 2 weeks after purchase the handle cracked. It is too top heavy. Then last week the flapper that keeps the dirt inside the trash bin stopped flapping. So when I turn it off all the dirt falls out. The product from the beginning I felt was very cheap and poor quality. I should have returned it right away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent vacuum, but should come with more

I bought this vacuum as a gift for myself for our new home and was beyond excited! I love everything about it, except that I wish it came with more accessories. To me, having it only come with the crevice tool may make this not worth the price and it appears as though you can’t buy additional accessories for it? If it weren’t for that, I likely would have given this 5 stars.

Lacks power and suction, flimsy build.

Purchased this a month ago, and it is no where as good as the IONFlex model I have. It feels cheap and flimsy, and does not perform near as well. I expected more for the price, but sadly it didn't deliver. I would not recommend this model.
