Great vacuum, awful company strategy

Love this vacuum, so lightweight and works great but I am absolutely baffled by the fact that it doesn't come with the extra attachment that the self emptying does and you can't buy it either. Shark is all about making you spend the maximum amount to get the whole package. Really starting to rethink staying this this company.

Great lightweight vaccim

Love the vacuum. I've used it a handful of times and it's been great. It maneuvers well and easy to carry around. It has good suction. The battery does run quick but i have a normal sized apartment so it lasts the full charge. It's so easy to use and super happy with the purchase
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs improvement

I like this vacuum, but it has its flaws. One had this vacuum about 2 weeks and have used it 2-3 separate times. It says the battery is supposed to last 40 mins. I get about 15 minutes. Our house is an older home that had many additions over time, so there’s no cut and dry vacuuming. Lots of corners and “separate” rooms on the main floor. I don’t even get through two rooms before it died my second time using it. I felt the first time it may have lasted longer, but I was also spot cleaning very fast. We have a German Shepherd, it does suck up the dog hair nicely, but I also feel that with this vacuum it’s going to smell quicker and the hair will get stuck to the dust canister because of the left over water on the floor from the dog. It is also is pretty powerful and snags/ catches on things very easily, so you have to be more careful on edges of throw carpets, shoelaces, wires etc. Orherwise it seems to “suck” very well for what it is. This vacuum also said pet friendly, but I think it’s meant more for non pet households. I am pretty disappointed with my shark vacuum choice, and I love my other shark vacuum but it broke, so I’m extra disappointed this vacuum isn’t really suiting my vacuuming needs. The battery not lasting 15 minutes is why I gave this 2 stars. My previous vacuum was stick corded, so the idea seemed great at the time to switch to cordless to save time vacuuming and now I’m regretting this decision.

Returned - to small and not very powerful. Did not transition from floor to carpet well. Returned waiting on refund.

I bought a few months ago. It does a pretty good job but overheats quickly and I don’t love the attachments

I have a larger shark vacuum with the detect light , I thought the light on this cordless would be even better but it's not as good. I do think it has good suction and great battery power.
