Good but poor instructions

Bought modem and followed instructions on install. It said to go to ISP website to give MAC address - wrong. After calling Netgear support they said to call ISP and give info to them. Wasted time.

Its great as far as the speed i needed. However was not happy to find out not all the ports available cpuld be used soni had to buy a separate router
