Excellent modem! I've had it working over two years and it works without fuss or attention. Power outages sometimes need a reboot, but usually no (it the router that wants to be reset). Speed is as advertised and web pages / sites all load without fanfare. I do recommend it!

I had a Netflix modem for many years that worked just perfectly, but it finally died and I purchased this new one. I’m sure it’s a good modem, but it did not work with my computer at all.

Nice modern and it has been doing its job without any issues.
Easy setup, dropped a star because of the small black plastic port plugs fall easily..still looking for one that fell out.
