Great Modem

I upgraded from the Netgear C3000 to the CM1200. As a result, my wifi speed jumped from 18.0mbps to 118.0mbps, and I no longer need my wifi extender for far away devices. I love that I am getting top and reliable speed in my home.

Works very well, however the “easy to set up” instructions for Xfinity weren’t accurate, it required a love Comcast agent to capture the MAC address, etc. Connecting to Google Nest router was easy from that point on.

Power right out of the box

This device kicked butt right out of the box! I have WiFi camera security system that had been lagging with the cable company provided modem. As soon as I plugged in the Netgear Nighthawk modem, my router immediately pushed to its peek performance. My cameras are now crystal clear and no lag.

This modem outperform the SP modem without even trying. I recommend buying this for anyone needing to have speed with sabilitty for home or business.
