Impressively Fast Speeds

I have been looking forward to the chance to purchase a NETGEAR modem for well over a year. Finally, my cable contract expired, allowing me the opportunity to do so, and I immediately navigated to NETGEAR.com. I did the research and confirmed the compatibility amongst the different modems before making my decision. The CM1200 got delivered within a couple of days from the time I placed the order. After a speedy and easy setup, I spent less than five minutes with technical support activating my service, and I was off to the races. Compared to the speeds I had previously been getting, there was a noticeable difference right away. Later that day, after finally running a speed test, the outcome was so unbelievable that I tested it again. I had no clue that our internet had the capability of speeds almost 10x faster than accomplished with our previous modem. I highly recommend this modem for anyone who happens to be looking to be impressed.

Range and Speed

My CM1200 is about 100 feet distance from my R8000 router passing the signal through 6 walls 1 A/CHV unit . My Spectrum internet is at 400g. I get 358 speeds 3000 feet down the road through aluminum siding. I have a 1 mile plus circumference with my house in the center I can logon to my wifi at 200Mbps . Let alone in every nook and cranny of my 2400 scft house. Speed and distance like a .22-250 on a gopher hunt.

Awesome Modem

This Modem is the perfect Modem for any internet service , easy to install, very elegant look , just follow instructions and a simple call to your ISP will get it running , I have a up to 1gig internet and I’m getting speeds between 750Mbps and 850Mbps which is amazing , I hooked up a NetGear xr1000 router into it and my ps5 directly into it thanks to the multi ports in the cm1200.

Source of relief

I recently experienced ongoing challenges with my wifi network at home. Working from home became meeting after meeting of me feeling shame about my repeated video conference fails. It even became a pretty obvious joke of how long before I will freeze on internal meetings. After buying my nighthawk cm1200, that all changed and now I have blazing fast speed on every meeting which makes my work from home experience more enjoyable. I would recommend this entire system to anyone that wants a great home wifi network with consistent and predictable results.

Best Modem I’ve Ever Used

One of the best modems I’ve ever used, very fast and lets me get full use of the full speed my ISP provides and very user friendly! Will definitely buy another one if it ever breaks for any reason or buy the next upgrade when this one becomes outdated.
