This device has been working great. I bought it 2 weeks ago, so it still needs time to bake in. Like that I can see an error log on this device so I can monitor the line from the provider. Will update down the road.

I needed a new cable modem because my other one was not working good anymore, so I shopped around and came across this one and purchased it. So far it's been great, when signing on everything loads faster, am not lossing connections and it was easy to install and activate

I can’t download firmware for it now xfinity won’t push update to it now I have no internet and it’s junk now :/

Fast and easy

Called my internet provider and gave them the MAC address and within a few minutes was up and running at breakneck speed. Previous Docsis 3 would only go up to 350 Mbps. The NETGEAR Nighthawk is multi-gig capable, so I'm future proofed!
