Puzzling

Hooked up netgear - easy enough but it only lets us use it as WIFI. when try to use the ethernet, it shuts down all WIFI connections then eventually the ethernet stops working too. our solution - hide the ethernet cord and only use WIFI because after hours of trying to figure out what was going on, we gave up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plugged it in to power. Connected the coax cable from the cable company. Plugged in my laptop to one of the four RJ45 ports. Bingo - on the internet. Plugged in my new 16 port Netgear switch and my home network devices all came up without issues. :) Upgrade to gig speed complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to get the 3.1 for higher speeds not the 3.0. Running 500 gigs and this one is capable to 1000 gigs. Spectrum equipment is all refurbished and garbage for higher speeds.
