Great speed.

I bought this to replace the gateway from xfinity and I have to say once they activated it correctly the speeds are great. They are definitely higher then the rented modem. Works flawlessly with my ASUS WiFi 6 router .
This is the second Netgear Modem I have installed. One for xFinity and one for Spectrum. Both installations were made easy by the comprehensive instructions and assistance by Support.
The modems performed as advertised, and provided stability in increased control of bandwidth.
I recommend these modems for xFinity and Spectrum applications.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worse service

I just recently purchased a Modem and a Router for my home internet. I haven’t been able to get it connected since the Netgear service team can’t help me. IT team is All the way in India they can’t hardly speak English. They haven’t been able to help the numerous of times that I called them. They say that they will call me back and the don’t even bother to call me back. So Disappointed.

Drops out continuously

I bought this modem and a Nighthawk router in hopes that paying more would translate into a higher quality product. After a week or two of living with the system, the truth is that it constantly drops the signal throughout the day and requires a reboot of both the router and the new cable modem that I installed at the same time. The older Netgear modem/router combination that these two products replaced did a better job at a fraction of the price. At this point I would not recommend the product.

Good for multitasking

With the nighthawk modem and the nighthawk gaming wifi i was able to stream Playstation Now Online games, 4K Shows and Movies at the same time
