Great Cable Modem!

Happy to own 3 of these very fast CM1200 cable modems. We don’t like paying the cable internet supplier forever for their equipment. These are very reliable and easy to setup units.

Won’t accept dialup

The product was highly recommended and I will keep it for future use but now I can not use it because My area has only dial up internet access with local telco your unit doesn’t accept that type of feed. A coax input I did not realize that till I tried to install it. I am hoping for better service so I can use your product

CM1200 was easy to hook up and the help line person at provided number for registration/warranty gave next steps for contacting internet provider and what they would need to complete the set up.
