Upgrade cable modem for Xfinity account

I purchased this cable modem as an upgrade as requested by Xfinity to allow the maximum speed available for my internet service. That connected to my netgear nighthawk router works great. We experienced no buffering when streaming and reliable for my work at home. Netgear’s technical service is great as well! Highly recommended.

Cable Modem upgrade for Xfinity Account

I purchased this cable modem as a recommended upgrade for my Xfinity Internet Service. That connection to my NetGear Nighthawk router gave me reliable fast internet speed and have not experienced any buffering when streaming videos. As I work from home, I have a reliable wifi connection. Highly recommended.

Unfortunate disappointment

I was so excited to be upgrading to the new netgear modem, unfortunately this has not worked since I opened it. My provider stated that the modem has been dropping packets or something to that effect and has caused severe issues with our home business. We did all the trouble shooting and work to get it fixed, but ultimately had to go with something else. When I contacted OfficeMax to return the modem or exchange for a new one, I was told it was past the 14 day equipment purchase time, 19 days to be exact. They said I had to go through netgear, who I haven’t been able to get in touch with since this issue began. Needless to say, my modem has been the bane of my existence, but your netgear tri band ax11000 router has been an absolute lifesaver. For that I am grateful!

Spectrum activated this one easily. It is very fast, delivering speeds close to 1G, and at times in excess of 1G. No issues. Highly recommended.

Easy to Setup; Great Speed

Upgraded my internet service. So my modem became the bottleneck. Bought Netgear CM1200. Wow! Internet speed fianlly reached what was promised.

Decent product, but completely dissatisfied that you can only use one of the 4 ports on the back (have to purchase another product to have multiple wired connections)
