Installed quickly. High quality parts. Service provider quickly brought unit on line. Contacted NETGEAR do to issue and they quickly guided me through a reset that took care of all issues.

Very Fast Speeds

Needed new cable modem for GigaSpeed internet from Sparklight. First Netgear modem, so far so good, first time away from a Motorola/ Arris modem. I am getting good speeds most of the time, 1000 mbs, except during midday when everyone else is on network, but still getting 800-900.

My old cable modem gave up the ghost and I replaced it with the newCM1200 Nighthawk. Easy, clean installation and I am getting great speeds. Nice product
