Doing the best with the least

I installed this modem one week ago. No problems at all. It does indicate a problem with the service and shows it with a blinking download light. No surprise to me since I have a very poor internet service. So I am appreciative of what I got. It does the best considering what it has to work with. Thanks for asking

The upgrade from 3.0 to this 3.1 modem was very much needed. Would be five stars except for the fact that only one of the 4 Ethernet ports work unless you have multiple IP addresses which Xfinity doesn’t provide residential customers.
