Fast, easy installation.

Hooked it up following directions, turned it on and it almost installed itself. Took only minutes for complete installation. Very satisfied!

I changed modems due to greater security. I am confident that the modem has a greater level of security. I also read that a separate modem and router would be an improvement over a gateway. A gateway has been defined as a modem and router.

The modem works perfectly. I had just a real small issue setting up and I called tech support and it was resolved in just a few minutes. The support team was amazing and so was there follow-up to make sure I was happy and the issue was resolved. 5-HUGE STARS!

My Nighthawk modem has a very sleek design. It was very easy to connect and has simple controls. There was a big difference in graphics after I installed the netgear modem. Enjoying it.
