Multi Gig modem for Comcast internet.

We recently up our internet speed to 1 Gig and I had to purchase a new modem because our old one wouldn’t handle the faster speeds. The NETGEAR modem was exactly what I needed. It’s capable of multi Gig speeds for future upgrades. Very happy with its performance. I also use NETGEAR switches and everything works perfect.

In the end.....I found out that I had "excessive noise" on my Xfinity cable line. But I had to spend 4 hours online with a tech in (?India) and reconfigure the modem a couple times. It works fine now, but what a hassle
