Great modem

I have xfinity with the 1gbps internet package. Hardwired I get 940mbps down and 40-50mbps up almost every time. Never had anywhere near that with any other modem I’ve ever had.

Failed to work

When connected to my cable provider, the unit failed to work. Called service provider, they were able to communicate with the modem. The modem was unable to communicate with them. Called a service tech out, that confirmed the problem was not with the cable company. But the modem itself.

Great product

I bought CM1200 when my earlier modem couldn’t handle 1 gbps speed. It turned out to be a great work horse and can handle my family of four working from home.
