If using Cox in Arizona, you need to set this value on the Connection page:

Set this to 210000000, save and the router will reboot. The default scan start is too high and this allows your downstream to stay fully locked without getting "window violations" which will make the Downstream light blink constantly as well as make your life painful with constant re-syncs.

When it worked - blazing fast

Unfortunately, it began to exhibit flaky behavior within weeks of purchase/installation. The most frustrating aspect has been the black hole for my time that dealing with a parade of dysfunctional service individuals and counterproductive emails.

I have not been able connect to Xfinity with the new 1200CM on four attempts. Something seems to wrong with the modem!!!!

Just one reset needed

Modem works fine but Internet provider and Netgear support said it was working fine with steady green internet light on and it actually needed a reset to finally connect.

CM 1200 and WOW

Works well with WOW 500MB plan. WOW tech support helped me switch from their modem to the CM1200 with no problems. I use the EERO for Wi-Fi which is running great. Will pay for itself in just a few months!
