Disappointed

Admittedly, I am no techie. I was under the impression the four ethernet ports would allow for multiple devices to be connected; what a rude awakening I received when tech support told me this modem doesn't allow that, which created a nightmare when setting up my Orbi mesh system. What a pain it was to have to completely disconnect and restart the modem, due to me having more than one device connected in the LAN ports. Not to mention, the modem stopped receiving the signal from Xfinity, which caused me to have to reset the device. It has only been installed 1 month and 1 day. Would not recommend.

I've had the Netgear Hawk for over 3 years, and I absolutely love it. I'm looking forward to getting the Orbi mesh system in the mear future.

The new modem was easy to install. Your customer service person gave me all the details I needed to give to my internet provider.With out your customer services help this process would have been a lot more difficult since I live in an area where I have limited cell phone service without internet.

Works Amazing!

My household needs a great Modem for all that we do and the NETGEAR nighthawk does the job. Works amazing. We have multiple devices running at all times. Internet speeds are very high. Great for work, scchool, and gaming! No lagging on devices. Work amazing!

Very simple to update my Spectrum internet to 1 gig speeds. Went with a new Orbi 960 to go with it.
