The new modem was easy to install. Your customer service person gave me all the details I needed to give to my internet provider.With out your customer services help this process would have been a lot more difficult since I live in an area where I have limited cell phone service without internet.

I was having issues with latency due to bad cabling and such in the walls. This thing managed to force pull the internet through and even when my ping spiked it felt like nothing was going on. The modem just powered everything through

The router provides superior speed. In fact, it is faster than the cable company's router and 18% faster than what I am paying for in terms of Mbps.

Great modem/WiFi Router combo

After installing this modem with a little hiccup on my part but could have used a little better instructions, but finally got it up and running and also installed the NETGEAR WiFi router Nighthawk and this combo is screaming fast! Love it so far!

This modem was purchased to allow me to return my cable modem and stop paying rental fees. So far it's been fantastic delivering double the speed of the rental. Recommend this modem completely. Great!

Always on and no problems

In a smart home enviroment the modem and router are always on giving functionally to every aspect of my home, even when I'm away. Whether my desktop or laptop are on or not my network is always on and that's not a problem with my Nighthawk. When I'm away it allows control and monitoring of my home night and day. That's a great comfort to a frequent traveler. My last Nighthawk was steady right up to the lightening strike that devastated my whole network. That greatly influenced my decision to go back to another Nighthawk. Good equipment is just fast, rock steady, and dependable!
